1. Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.
2. All pre-order items have stated lead time. If you have any doubt, please contact us email@example.com.
3. Unless otherwise specified, all items are made upon order and your purchase will be arranged to be produced and will be shipped within the 14 days after your order. Payment shall be refunded in case fabric is out of stock. Delivery for all orders will be arranged on Monday except holiday.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you feel the order is not right for you, you can return to us for refund within 14 days of the merchandise’s delivery date by following the steps below:
1. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included. Items cannot be washed or altered.
2. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 7days from the delivery date.
3. Fill out the Return Form included in your order. If you have lost the form, please contact us email@example.com
4. Ship your parcel back enclosing the return form with your selected shipping service at your own cost to the following address:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
Refunds will be issued in HK dollar as the original purchase. Return and exchange shipment fee will be born by us in case of wrong size/item we delivered by our own fault. Differences in the amount refunded due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
